Coming Soon: Jittery Joe's

At the May Planning Commission meeting, Jittery Joe's petitioners received a unanimous vote to recommend approval with leeway to alter the plan to meet Historic Preservation Guidelines. The plans shown here are those submitted for approval by the Mayor and Commission at their June 7, 2005 regular session. The official BNA position letter of support to the Mayor and Commission is also included. As you can see by our statement, the BNA considers this a perfect example of how developers working with neighbors at the beginning stages of a project works to the benefit of all parties.
